I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean. The service was exceptional, from the warm and friendly staff to the excellent dinner suggestions. The location couldn't be better, right in a vibrant pedestrian zone, making it easy to explore the city. Although the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of variety, overall, it was a great value for the price paid.

The rooms were comfortable but lacked privacy due to the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly in arranging an airport shuttle. The hotel offers super clean and comfortable rooms, with a lovely shower and plenty of space. However, there was a bad smell in the room that wouldn't go away even with the window open. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Ljubljana, giving easy access to all the local attractions.
